Tony Hopwood has a broad experience of change and leadership from R&D to shop floor, supply chain, IT, distribution, web, marketing, S&OP and six ERP implementations.
He has operated in Medical Devices, Pharma and the Photographic industry. In addition to many supply chain leadership roles he held VP level positions leading an IT function, implementing ERP and optimising complementary manufacturing and supply chain system solutions.
Tony was Group Operations Director & MD (COO) for a small but highly diverse Med Device / Retail business, and upgraded all aspects of Web, IT, BI and Operations – systems and processes. This work was pivotal in the compnay achieving an industry award for customer service.
He has achieved highly efficient and effective team leadership and has expereince of leading the specification, contracting, design, implementation, Go Live, ramp up, defect reolution, enhancement and above all stakeholder management of system implementations.
Tony has operated as programme lead, site implementation lead and IT lead in system implementations.
